In chapter six, "Building Your Connected Learning Community," the author discusses the importance of connecting online. This chapter covers topics such as starting a personal learning network to tips on getting started online with blogs, Twitter, and Delicious. It also highlights the importance of researching an individual's background before you follow them. The author wrote, "Who you follow depends a great deal on the purpose or focus of your network."
